Collabria Update:

A reminder that MyCardInfo (MCI) is being retired for personal cardholders on August 19, 2024.  Access to the platform will no longer be available to personal cardholders after this date.

As part of the move, historical eStatements will also no longer be available to personal cardholders in MCI.  It is recommended that any important EStatement copies are downloaded before this date.

We look forward to having cardholders transition over to CardWise, a digital account management platform that lets them manage their credit cards with security and ease.

Cardholders can sign up for CardWise by going to cardwiseonline.ca or downloading the CardWise app from their phone’s app store.   

7 Easy Steps to Register for CardWise:

1. Click on “new User”
2. Enter the full 16 digit card number and click “Continue”
3. Enter Security Code & Expiration Date from the back of the card
4. Enter the security token sent to the member’s email address (be sure the check junk/spam folder)
5. Read & accept Terms of Use & Collabria Privacy Policy
6. Follow steps to create member login credentials
7. Done! The member is all set up

After you have registered for CardWise, if you would like your statements as estatements you will need to register for that as well:

1. Log into CardWise Mobile or navigate to cardwiseonline.ca
2. Click on Statements under Card Details
3. Click “here” to view and update preferences
4. Select your preferred method to receive statements and click Submit
5. Statements will appear in your inbox after your next billing cycle

IN ADDITION,  when cardholders sign up for eStatements on CardWise before August 31, 2024, they’ll be eligible for a $5 credit to their statement.
